1. Service

Tenaz (tenaz.promptolook.com) is operated by Keenvo Tech OÜ, registered in Estonia (17457927), Kotkapoja tn 2a-10, 10615 Tallinn, Estonia ("we", "us"). Advertising, traffic acquisition, and monetization services are provided by ActiveView OÜ, registered in Estonia (16639782), Kotkapoja tn 2a-10, Tallinn 10615, Harju, Estonia. By using Tenaz you agree to these terms.

Tenaz is a Promptolook game: a free browser game of short skill levels played against the clock, with a limited number of lives, seasons, and leaderboards. Everyone gets the same levels. We may add, change, or retire levels, stories, and features at any time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in codes and links secure and for activity under your player record. Tenaz is open to players 13 or older; if you are under the age of majority where you live, play with the permission of a parent or guardian.

3. Plans and billing

Tenaz is free to play and does not sell anything. The game is supported by advertising, including optional rewarded videos that give an in-game item.

4. Refunds

Tenaz does not take payments.

5. Acceptable use

Play fairly and for yourself. Do not use bots, scripts, automation, modified clients, or multiple records to gain an advantage; do not interfere with the game, its ads, or other players; and do not scrape, resell, or automate access. Display names must not impersonate others or be offensive. We may suspend players who violate these terms.

6. Games and interactive challenges

Our games are free to play. Lives refill over time, and optional rewarded videos can give an in-game item, such as an extra life or a second chance. In-game items, lives, stars, and ranks have no monetary value and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for money or prizes. Skipping a video never blocks play.

Every result is checked by replaying your moves on our servers. We may reject results that do not match the replay, and remove from leaderboards or suspend players who use bots, scripts, modified clients, or other ways to cheat. Leaderboards include clearly labelled computer-controlled rivals that are not players. Seasons start and end on the dates shown in each game, and we may adjust levels between seasons.

No prizes are offered unless official rules for that game and season are published on its rules page; those rules then govern the prize.

7. Disclaimer

Tenaz is provided "as is" for entertainment, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the game will always be available or free of errors, or that your progress or rank will be kept if a season or a level changes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tenaz and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including decisions made based on information shown in the app.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or attempt to defraud us or our partners.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of Tenaz after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them or to the use of Tenaz, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Harju County, Tallinn, Estonia. If you are a consumer, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection provisions, or of the right to bring proceedings in the courts, of your country of residence.
